We found that the overall service was excellent and all floor workers were extremely polite and helpful. However, we did not feel the same of the dervice at the front desk. My guess is we were stereotyped immediately on arrival because the next morning, with a different desk attendant, it was not the same result. Maybe we are not alowed to show up at the hotel dressed in Green, for a Rider game. Other than that micro incident, it is one of the most beautiful Hotels I've stayed in lately.
