I visited the hotel many years ago and found it to be like visiting a country home in the middle of London. It is now just like the many more hotels, a little bland with no character.However the staff were extremely friendly.

I have never slept in such a small "double bed" in my life. I could touch all 4 walls from the bed. Worst london hotel room yet!

We had about 6 forms to sign before we were allowed to check in and the staff were a little snooty. . The glass partition for the shower was not big enough so water went all over the bathroom.
