At 04:30 on morning, we were awaken by a youg woman outside our door asking for help to find way out of the hotel. We answered her questions without opening the door. Room temperature and air circulation was NOT controllable.

No further comment. Very pleased with the stay in the hotel and also very convenient location. The room is a bit small.

Not very impressed with your receptionist's, I got cut off the call on a number of occasions and all I could here was laughfter in the background, they need to concerntrate more on their work rather than their leisure time.
