I don't know if I will be back to the Raddison again. I had a very bad stay. The first thing is I was unable to get to movie channels and had to watch everything in French which I cannot understand. I called the front desk three times and finally a staff member came up but could not fix the problem. The second thing is I ordered room service at around 7 pm and it did not arrive to my room until about 9 pm. I should at best been placed in another room, but oh well, I think I can find better places to stay.

I arrived very late on tuesday and after 20 minutes i waited at the airport, finally the navette arrived... I thought it will never come so I was thinking about where to catch a taxi.

the service has been great, food ok and the room very comfortable, a good place to come back again

Prior to may stay at the hotel I tried to make reservations through your website. I tried twice and added in my credit card number, and was then told by your site that the "Connection Had Timed Out". So I thought that I had not completed my reservation and contacted Radisson directly.. In the meantime I was charged for two additional reservatins for which I had never received confirmations. Radisson told me they would not give me a refund so I have opened a case against them with American Express.

Thought the food on offer was OK if you are French,

should of been more choice for international visitors.

The restaurant lacks any sort of atmosphere, it does not

entice you in.

A great room (often small in Paris) and great amenities; excellent service and staff

I ahve seen advertisments that say that there is free internet access in all radission hotels in Europe but in the guest directory it was stated that you needed to pay.

Location and weekend price OK for an airport hotel. Reception personel unfriendly.

Fine for an airport hotel. Gym equipment was shockingly bad. Some staff were exceptional, but lady who tried to prevent us eating at 10.25, when the restaurant shut at 10.30 was miserable as heck.
