the main bed room was poor as the door did not close, the bed was too big, an exhaust fan was needed in the bathroom,I was quoted an internet price and paid $26.00 more when I checked out.

inspite of the slow period the rate charged was very much on the high side. comparable accomodation in the city were available at a reduced rate. i think the amount charged traveller includes your fees which seem to be too high. we took a bigger room with cooking facility and pait $150 per night

Good location in China Town, fairly near free Tram stop opp City Museum. Walking distance to main shopping streets,restaurants etc Double upgraded to suite, so plenty space plus kitchen, which was handy for brekkie!

We were told that the hotel had a gym, sauna and spa. When we got to the hotel we were told that due to renovations, if we wanted to use these facilities we would have to go to the hotel accross the road. As a result we did not use these facilities as it was embarressing to walk accross the road in bathers and back again either sweaty from the gym or wet from the spa and sauna. Also the noise from the renovations made us leave the room to find peace elsewhere. Not something you want to do on your holidays! If we had been told there were going to be renovations we would have chosen another hotel. The customer service was genuine and good and i think they did upgrade our room to a one bedroom apartment but i would choose another hotel next time because they did not tell us about renovations at the time of booking or apologise for them when we arrived. The bathroom was right next to the kitchen which was disturbing, and the pipes from the bathroom leaked forming a pool of water that travelled under the bathroom door soaking the carpet in the kitchen.

Free guest laundry was terrific. Location was wonderful. It was great!

In the booking process we thought we were getting a hotel with a kitchen. I think you should make it clear on your conformation email the exact details of the room.

Location good in terms of proximity to city. Facility for business traveller may not be complete eg secretarial services. Ambience adequate as it is quiet for those who like it but not for lively types looking for more activities within hotel premises. As there are many other types of accommodation, it can be competitive in terms of value for money. The cleaning staff should be more diligent.Eg left 2 glasses and a fork and knife and 2 plates in zink. They should just have helped wash it rather than leave it there for me to do so when I return in the evening.

Excellent position, in the city. We will use your hotel again when we visit Melbourne Because we fronted onto Little bourke St there was a lot of noise ( music etc) late at night on Friday.

Again could do with some windows, servicing the room often wasn't done to after 4pm, but otherwise great location and very helpful/friendly staff. Great room and service, shame that the hotel didn't have any windows in the room as it got quite stuffy and our air conditioning didn't seem to be working but otherwise a great experience.

I was very impressed with the courtesy and efficiency of the staff. Despite many visits to Melbourne, I had not known of this establishment before, but have now certainly noted it for future occasions/ The room was comfortably furnished, and the range and quality of the appointments was of a surprisingly high standard.

service and accommodation were ideal, particularly as we were seeing the producers next door. the only concern was the small size of the double bed room. we will be coming back when ever we have to attend something at your end of town,

didn't click the non smoker box and paid the price! too smokey, no window

I didn't specify a non smoking floor but it would have been nice....as my son is a bad asthmatic..as soon as you got out of the lift you could smell smoke....
