These apartments, although about 10 years old, are in good condition. The location is excellent.
Facilities supplied are excellent-micro-wave, washing machine, tumble dryer, iron, ironing board, TV, kitchenette.My only complaint is that the stocking of the kitchen, fridge was not very thoroughly done. Several times I had to call Reception for missing items.
Reception staff very helpful and there was free internet.
I would certainly stay there again.

Hotel is centrally located for nightlife, bars and restaurants and 5 minutes walk from the cable car.

Spent two nights at your hotel and had a really good time. Was very impressed with the accomodation and the breakfast was nice. The location was excellent. Will certainly pay you a visit if we return again.

Having spent the previous two weeks travelling around New Zealand and staying in a variety of accommodation saying at the Quest Wellington was one of our better experiences.
We chose Quest because the chain can be relied on to provide good quality accommodation, what we had not expected was the extra quality in this particular hotel.
We had stayed at another "5 star" hotel in Wellington one other time and were quite dissapointed with the quality of the room and the staff service. The staff we met this time were really good and the room quality excellent. I am sure that we will recommend the hotel to friends travelling to Wellington and we expect to use it ourselves again if the opportunity arises.

Excellent location in the heart of downtown Wellington!

Facilities comfortable and well serviced.

The lifts were rather slow and were not working n Saturday morning.

Although clean, some of the furniture and carpets are starting to get old and somewhat gloomy. The interiors of rooms need brightening up.

Staff were friendly and efficient.

Overall we enjoyed our stay at the Quest apartments and would recommend them to visitors to Wellington.

We only stayed for one night at the Quest Wellington but would use it again and the available facilities make it suitable for longer stays also. We found the apartment spacious and comfortable and the location is excellent.
The only area that could perhaps be improved is the reception area.It is a bit dark and spartan.

We arrived at the hotel quite late and the receptionist was not there, but the room key was on the desk GOOD. We found our apartment and were surprised to find bread, butter marmelade and juice in the refrigerator, VERY GOOD.

The beds were comfortable and the location good. We were very pleased with our stay at Quest.
Noticed that guests could use the computor and internet free of charge, VERY, VERY GOOD!

We never talked to the staff until we checked out, so we don't know if they were service minded.

This hotel is in a great location. However, it has its ups and downs. First the bathroom is very nice it even had a washer and dryer. The beds were not the best. It has a small kitchen and even had some small breakfast items for us. I give it a 3 out of 5. They did not have a cross bar lock thing on the door so we had to put a chair under the doorknob just incase. The staff also leaves around a certain time so you dont have anyone at the desk at all hours. But all in all a good night.

I loved the old world charm the best, high ceilings that gave spaciousness to the room making it larger than it was.
A couple of light bulbs needed replacing

I found this apartment to be very clean and comfortable, well stocked kitchen, etc.

My only complaint would be that room service started very early or at any rate was very loud (music?!).

Desk staff were very friendly and helpful.

The location is terrific as it is central to everything including rental car hire return, cable car, dockside cafes, all the shopping precincts and the ferry to Picton. Our room was huge with a matching huge bathroom which contained a very essential washing machine & dryer.

The best thing was being able to open a window for some fresh air, lots of floor space for my early morning yoga stretch, and no noise in the room from the lifts or other tennants coming and going.

We didn't use any of the hotel facilities because we bought our own food and cooked just what we needed for our special eating requirements. Big fridge, hotplates, microwave and lots of cooking equipment.

My wife and myself came to wellington on the 3rd August to attend the Affordable art show. We found your establishment very convienient for this purpose The staff were both helpfull and courteous. Thank You Regards Bruce Gee.

Lift not working Very nice

Is there anything you can do about the street noise? May be double glazing? vaccumm under the bed please

Spacious and well designed.

i reported the bathroom needed attention. the border going round the bathroom and the inside of the bathroom door were dusty, the steam from the tumble drer would'nt help. Other wise the whole accomodation was excellent and we were impressed.

I liked to use bath tub and internett in my room.

After-hours access was very poor and a nuisance. Suite was a litte "tired" - not the best Quest we've been in.

location of hotel was excellent, close to all shopping and our function we had to attend. Airport bus conveniently located across the street. Friendly staff...would definately stay there again.

not enough Marmalade for toast for two people

loved it will be back Just need to attaach the head board to the bed!
