All of the tours of Hobart and surrounding areas start from the waterfront, so it was very easy to organise tours and arrange pick-up. The stop for the shuttle bus to the airport is about 20 metres from the front door of the hotel - all very convenient. There are many good cafes and restaurants within easy walking distance from the hotel, so the lack of a restaurant in the hotel is not really a problem. We were able to get a good breakfast at 7.00 am at a cafe just around the corner! Staff were courteous, friendly and helpful. My wife and I will certainly stay there again next time we are in Hobart.

No provision to arrange breakfast when late checking in. But very well situated for Hobart sites. I was expecting an apartment style room. Not a motel style.

Unfortunately there was a dance party organised right out side the front door of the hotel one night, the noise filtered through to our room. NOt the fault of the hotel - the council should not have let the dance party set up in a semi residential area.
