The hotel is in a most convenient location adjacent to the waterfront. All of the tours of Hobart and surrounding areas start from the waterfront, so it was very easy to organise tours and arrange pick-up. The stop for the shuttle bus to the airport is about 20 metres from the front door of the hotel - all very convenient. There are many good cafes and restaurants within easy walking distance from the hotel, so the lack of a restaurant in the hotel is not really a problem. We were able to get a good breakfast at 7.00 am at a cafe just around the corner!

Staff were courteous, friendly and helpful. My wife and I will certainly stay there again next time we are in Hobart.

I had no time to use any of the Hotel's amenities, so I did not bother to find out what they were. The entrance is mediocre, but as it was presented as an appt-type accom., and not an upmarket social centre, so this was just fine. Rates were very reasonable. I shall definitely stay there for all future visits. Was well presented. Had plenty of space for working in the evening. No complaints whatsoever.

Parking provision a slight problem. Shower needed fixing and no milk supplied first day.

Rather small rooms. No provision to arrange breakfast when late checking in. But very well situated for Hobart sites. I was expecting an apartment style room. Not a motel style.

Dirty grouting in bathroom. Uninspiring decore. TV set on wallbracket difficult to watch.

The staff were very friendly and helpful. Unfortunately there was a dance party organised right out side the front door of the hotel one night, the noise filtered through to our room. NOt the fault of the hotel - the council should not have let the dance party set up in a semi residential area.

The staff were very helpfull and curtious at all times, they couldnt be more pleasant. Everything was to a high standard
