It would have been helpful to know about the lack of parking facilities before booking as this created additional costs and without any elevators in the nearest carpark for us travelling with a lot of luggage was very stressful. There were also a number of stairs within the hotel which added to the problem. Help was not exactly forthcoming with alternatives to the parking and luggage problem and while I understand the gentleman we booked in with normally worked in another hotel he could have sought advice. Only having one window in a two bedroom apartment was very claustrophobic and I worried about fire safety.

Two rooms were booked, but the Hotel had only One reserved. They did manage to find a second apartment for our stay, but was not of the standard of the apartment they had reserved for us (ie, the apartment they did have reserved was one of the Penthouse Apartments) Room Cleaning was not as good as expected, nor as good as Quest Apartments usually are.

Hotel was great - we felt safe - it was warm and comfortable. We were very pleasantly surprised with the room and all its amenities. Everything we needed for our comfort. We loved the idea of the breakfast being supplied. The only problem was the bed wasn't too comfortable (it sagged in the middle).

Due to the previous occupants leaving quite a mess, the room was not ready for about 2hours after we were to be booked in. howerver the owner was on hand and everything was sorted eventually

Unwilling or unable to help on first night when no cot delievered to the room for the baby. We arrived at midnight from Sydney and this was very inconvienent. We had to check out and book in a hotel with a cot See comments on lack of a cot despite confirmation from yourselves

Overall I was disappointed with the quality of the room. It was small, with a dismal outlook on Wellington. It definitely was not value for money.
