She was quite obviously reluctant to check the computer to see if that was possible, which it ended up being. I found her attitude quite immature and un professional.

I suggest that the air conditioner be switched on before the guest arrives when staying in s Rack room as the bed was located in a the loft area which was hot on arrival and took some 5 hours to cool down.

The room was HUGE for just me but I did enjoy it although I checked in late and out early. I live in Sydney so number of visits is not applicable.

Parking is great. The bed was not very comfortable, bit lumpy. Heater would cut out and unable to get it back on.
