Because it was late at night we did not meet any staff so cant comment. The location was great, the restaurants in Ponsonby very good and the park over the road very handy. We had difficulty accessing the hotel because of poor signageon a busy road.We would stay here again.

Excellent value for the money. Rooms are very modern and clean. Having washer and dryer in a room helps a lot!

nice place .not enough clear parking for quest guests. Nice room, pitty about demlition next door as I asked for room with veiw of sky tower and did'nt get it.
