Suitable for: Business

We were transferred to another room as the first room was right next to the lift.
I had requested a 'quiet room' but it seems that the request was overlooked or ignored.
The room we were transferred to had no views, not that it mattered as we spent very little time in it.
The second room was quiet enough.

We had friends staying at the Mantra and who paid a lot less than we did for our stay at the Quest. They also had a cafe where one could have breakfast and dinner.
They also had a lot more facilities than the Quest.

I did think that the staff at the Quest were very good.
