lifts did not work several times

location was perfect, so central to everything, couldnt fault anything about the hotel and cant wait to go stay there again great, liked the decor;

Being a serviced apartment there are few traditional hotel facilities, eg restaurants/bars, although there are plenty in the immediate vicinity. Great city centre location. There was a plumbing leak in the bathroom which we had to ask to be fixed twice. We were offered an alternative room but declined.

We will be back - location and room type was perfect - thank you. Everything was fantastic, although the room did have that lasting smell of Asian visitors being the room prior to us. But we do understand that is hard to get rid of.

Although this is a new establishment, the bed mattresses were lacking in support.

I have recommended the hotel to my friends if they happen to be a visiting Christchurch and we would also use it again ourslves, we found the location very convenient. My wife Norma and i were both very impressed with the room overall, we both found it very comfortable and it felt more like your own apartment, very comfortable.

Room should have had two dinner plates instead of one when there are two people staying in them. Air conditioning would have been nice as the fan just didn't cut it.

Was no place to park our rental car (full carpark). Had to park 2 blocks away. Was unaware we had to mention this upon booking

Location and value for money represent the best feature of this hotel High quality room. Impressed with comfort and amenities particularly.

Everything was good

WE DIDN'T REQUIRE IN HOUSE FACILITIES FOR OUR TRIP. WE CHOSE THESE APARTMENTS FOR LOCATION, WHICH WAS EXCELLENT.

Would have liked a full kitchenette in the studio.
