The room size was more than adequate for 2 people. Air conditioning was great and ability to open windows was a plus. The bedroom was a little disappointing as it was pretty stuffy because there were no air vents so the door had to be left open whilst sleeping otherwise no air would be able to get into the room. On a few of the days when the room was serviced, the cleaner failed to replenish some supplies, such as toilet paper, tea towels, soap and towels. Overall, the stay was enjoyable and I would recommend this hotel to others.

The Hotel was in a very convenient location.
Staff were very friendly and helpful.
Had no soap provided in the room and thought that was a very basic item that should not have been forgoten.
First time I have stayed in a Motel where they have not provided a DVD player in the room as we were hoping to play a DVD that we brought along.
We still had a great weekend in the city!

I stayed a total of 4 nights. 2 nights with my husband for business and 2 nights with my sisters in a 2 bedroom unit. Our room looked out the window on to a brickwall with air conditioning units. The 2 bedroom unit had the same outlook. When I told staff that I was not happy with the room I was told that the rooms were allocated the day before and there was nothing I could do. I was prepared to move to another hotel if not changed. They did upgrade us to a nice unit which I paid extra for. My sister on arrival was told that I had not yet checked in and was waiting in reception when I found her. We travel to Melbourne 4-5 times a year. These apartments are in a great location but I don't think I will stay there again.

Found some but not all of the front desk staff unfriendly and at times not helpful. I had to phone to desk to get a corkscrew at about 7pm one evening as ours was missing. I didnt mind that as Im sure it was taken by guests but I did have a problem with being told at first that there were none for us and so having to be a bit cranky before one was found and delived to our unit.

The rates were very high as it was the peak season, so for the money I didn't really see the value. Perhaps the low season rates would be fairer. The bedrooms were very dark and when I tried to open the dusty blinds they fell out of the fixture!

THERE WERE SEVERAL APPLIANCES NOT WORKING EFFICIENTLY, IE THE DISHWASHER AND FRIDGE BOTH LEAKED ANDTHE CD PLAYER DID NOT WORK AT ALL. Also the home movie we had watched 20mins of went off and it couldn't be put back on. This was very disapointing as there were no movies on in the city we wanted to view.
