Dear Manager, We particularly like to visit Melaka as the place is clean and the people are friendlier. Unexceptionally, we had a pleasant holiday this time. We would like to express how we feel about the hotel in some areas. Positive and worth praising are - The hotel reception is impressive and clean. - The staff are friendly and helpful. - The breakfast is sufficient and satisfying - The room is considerably big. - the toilet is clean Negative and need improvement are - The public toilets behind the reception need regular checking as some inconsiderate guests soil the area and make it disgusting. - The bath towels have smell which probably due to incomplete drying or the service quality of the laundry company the hotel engages (if any). Overall, the hotel ambience was to my liking and the service was good. However, I would like to recommend for more information or maps to famous spots - such as well-known Peranakan / Nyonya restaurants, stalls to look out for at Jonker Walk, etc. The hotel can also take the opportunity to promote local delicacies for breakfast, apart from toast bread and fried noodles.

we're 3 singles so the bed arrangement is a disappointment. wld expect to have 3 single beds instead of sharing. overall it's not too bad considering the rates are reasonable since in the midst of the shopping area.
