Though it's comparatibly cheap tariff, there should be
toilet and shower in the room. I couldn't find even toilet
when I arrive late at night, cause nobody instructed and
couldn't find any instructions.

They should tell us before if there is toilet in the room or not. then I would not choose.

Otherwise, staff seemed to be friendly and helpful.
though the room is so small, quite neet and clean.

I cannot suggest anything as I really felt comfort in your hotel. It was really excellant and damn good then my expectations.

I thought we had booked a room with ensuite facilities, but may have this wrong.

The free continental breakfast was a plus, and it was nice to have a restaurant available for dinner in the hotel, since it was a bit of a walk from town. The fact that the restaurant only took cash was a minor inconvenience. The laundry facilities were quite limited (2 washers, 1 dryer) were somewhat inconvenient, too. The front desk staff was quite helpful. The room was comfortable, and the air conditioning quite effective, which was good, as the rest of the building was not temperature controlled, and it was hot and humid when we were there. I was surprised that the room lacked carpeting, but otherwise we were pleased with the room. The refrigerator in our room was a nice plus, too.

the room was fine but access up a flight of stairs with heavy luggage was not appreciated.

Good value for the money. Happy with every thing and thoroughly enjoyed our time. Found most of the staff very pleasant and willing to assist. Felt we got what we paid for and no complaints.

The Continental breakfast was good. The room is very clean.Yet, the air condition blows wind directly to the bed.

The hotel advertises super quiet air-con but both the fridge and air-con were the noisiest we've ever known. We found the room to be small and therefore felt cramped. If we were given a superior room then I would hate to see what the lesser rooms were like. After leaving Cairns we travelled through Victoria and SA, fortunately the rooms we stayed in far surpassed the Queens Court and offered excellent value for money.

see above The rooms were pristinely clean although small. Bathrooms were excellent as far as cleanliness. Staff were great and could not be more helpful or friendly - a pleasure to deal with and great!!!

Hotel was basic but efficient. THe transfer to the airport is limited. Our flight was early so we extended our car hire to get there, you may need to use a taxi. Other options may have more flexibility but the room could cost more? No lift and lots of luggage made it difficult to access

Very nice hall and garden, little to small sweeming pool.
