My wife and I came up to Auckland to see a show.
We had a lovely spacious room, livng room , kitchen and a view! The pool and spa were great after shopping and the location was perfect for our needs.
The staff were extemely friendly and the hotel was run in a proffessional manner.
I would definitely recommend it to anyone!

Had a great time in Auckland, and our suite at the Quay was the perfect place to stay. Great location, close to the harbor, restaurants and a few blocks to the Sky Tower.
My wife really liked the convenience of having a small kitchen, it was wonderful and the laundry room in the suite was an added bonus . We had a fabulous view of the Harbor and sunsets from our balcony. The front desk staff was extremely helpful.
Would recommend this hotel and definitely would stay there again.

I do a lot of travelling on business through Australia and Asia and the value here is just unbeatable. This was a holiday visit by two couples to a 2 bed apartment and the place just blew me away. Large rooms, walking distance to all the Auckland action, water views, near new property - what more could we want?
I guess what was missing was food. In-house catering is not great and it's expensive. Otherwise no complaints - would definitely recommend this one.

This was a wonderful hotel. The staff were very accommodating and quick to assist with any request. We loved our one night stay. We did find Breakfast a little pricey but it seemed to be pricey wherever we stayed.

on our arrival we had to make an amendment to our booking by changing to a 2 bed suite as my daughters were originaly going to stay at a backpackers, the extra cost for the suite was too good not to take up... the changes were made quickly... the service from reception staff.. Chris, Amellia, Stephen, was fantastic... so helpful.. we were treated VERY well... staff helped with our meetings with our Celebrant and Photographer, making them also feel comfortable. We will be recommending Quay West to family who will be visiting Auckland 2007.The hotel location is also just what we needed. What a fantastic start and end to our New Zealand Wedding and Honeymoon experience!!! Bodil & Colin McCaskill the suite exceeded our expectations, facilities provided in the suite were excellent

As always the Quay West Suites are superb. It's the only place I will stay when in Auckland. The staff and quality of service is outstanding.
