Swimming pool and pool area is very small with no parasols for shade and very few loungers. Easy access to local buses for Orchard Road but long walk (15-20 minutes)to Novena for MRT. Hair dryer was poor standard and damaged.

got upgraded to top floor with king size bed and bigger room for no extra charge

For this price, it is really worth staying. Only the shuttle service is not convenience.

Things that need to improve is to send a free copy of news paper for the customer that visit.

Wiatresses in the lounge a little to abrupt and the young man at the front desk could do a little more to be pleasant especially as he is the first one we met! Could be a little more generous with the coffee in the room at least for the first day.

Airport to hotel transfers should have been provided. Hotel can tie up with some tour operators to facilitate touirists coming there. The queen size bed provided was a bit small. Good to have a locker.

Reasonable price although access is a little inconvenient without using a cab, but we have taken that into consideration from the beginning and decided on the hotel since it is located just outside the CTE exit. Many places that offer good local food nearby too, places that tourists usually will not know, so I would see the hotel location as a bonus instead in this sense. Reserved a standard room but got a room on the executive floor instead due to overbooking. Was therefore hoping for a bigger room but it turned out to be a "standard size" room. Anyways, the room had basically what we needed. Bathrobe was a bonus. Would recommend it to other friends in future.
