The hotel was very well situated and nice to be away from the Wellington CBD. We found the room to be pleasantly large and comfortable.

Mould in the bathroom, fittings where old and spock marked, they put us in a room with a double bed even though we booked a king. Spa / pool area closed and hour and a half before stated in compenidum. Additional charge to get room service and a very limited menu.

The pool needs to be heated a bit. The bird in the lobby is novel but too messy. We enjoyed the laundry facilities. The carpet and the bed need to be replaced.There is no air conditioning. The lighting is good.

Since we were needing to be at Chilton St. James School, the location was perfect. We were disappointed that we were unable to get a dinner reservation on a Sunday night.
