Centrally located to many attractions in Darwin, rooms size fine, bathroom on the small side. Staff were very helpful and obliging.

Excellent value for the money!; location is very good, a short walk from downtown (keep in mind weather is hot!)and esplanade. Building appears old but well kept, rooms small and clean, lack safe, but one at the desk available for the asking. Has an excellent restaurant with a great view, a nice pub good for a drink and a quick, good meal (and more if you like pool or gambling). A problem is kitchen closes at 9 PM (8 for the pub), so if you are late make sure you plan dinner elsewhere as room services also stop at 9. You will find the room confining if plan to spend long hours in, but for our purpose, tourism, was inconsequential as we were out early in the day and back late in the evening.

I stay for a day. Room is clean and neat with good amenities. Good for a short stay. Location is not a choice to access city center.

The location was not particularly good as it was not within easy walking distance from the Darwin shopping, business and eating areas, which is a disadvantage in the Darwin climate. The room was clean and the service was satisfactory. However the lobby and pool surrounds were looking tired. Also two out of the three lifts were broken down on a stay three nights previous to this stay.

Staff from the cleaner to reception to the dining room were lovely and very helpful. Great job! A pleasant room, quiet and comfortable, slightly musty because of being on bottom floor. I would have expected a microwave for the price.

You might want to be more careful as I was issued a key to a room which has occupant. That makes me feel unsafe if some other guest can just come in and as a result privacy is invaded.
