The Hotel is in the heart of the City with easy access to bus and subway routes. The hotel dining room was closed for renovations, but in any event would have been competing with dozens of eateries in close proximity. The staff were very helpful and instantly recognized that we spoke limited French and addressed us in English. The hotel advertised available parking but was fully occupied when we arrived. We were able to find parking only a block away at the Gallarie du Parc where we left the car in favour of the very efficient transit services.

Staff very friendly and helpful. Made to feel welcome. Location great. Walking distance to all major sights.
