I had rated Poor for the Service not because of the Service from the Reception Counter. I had submitted a complain in the comment card to the hotel regarding the incident from one of the restaurant in the hotel. Anyway i have not receive any reply from the hotel management yet. So please refer to the comment card for the complain.

If there can be some promotions for weekend getaways once in a while will be great!

To consider extending the opening hours of the lounge as some would like to relax listening to live music. It was cosy and has a home atmosphere. One would definitely look forward to staying In Pan Pacific again.

Good hotel. Prayer mat may be standard item placed in cupboard.

Our check-in time coincided with the lunch crowd who patronised the restraunts located at the lower levels of the lobby. Thus we had to wait for a longer time for the lift. To make matters worse only two of the many lifts were functioning at that time. The windows overlooking the city definitely needs cleaning. It was really an irritating sight.

The check-in staff was not knowledgeble and not even aware of the Pan Pacific Leisure Package & its related features, which is available on the Pan Pacific website. Also the RM20 F&B credit was only applicable to drinks at the coffeehouse according to reception & not room service - this was strange and room service is definately and F&B feature of a hotel. Basically we didn't feel that RM230 was worth the deal. However, the room service food and timeliness was good. The bathtub had no stopper & the technician could not repair it - so no bath just shower.

Facility: there weren't many facilities to begin with. in addition, the swimming pool was absolutely tiny. Bed: i could feel the spring of the bed

check-in a bit too slow.need to wait for 45minutes just to get the key for the room.

Breakfast was poorly managed due to lack of service staff. Our table was not clear of the previous guests plates. Despite informing and acknowledgement by the waiter! Cleaner forget to put in face tower on 1st and 3rd day.

Generally comfortable to stay. Two feedback: (1) Pillows are very soft, not really comfortable to sleep on - too flat. (2) Hope counter staff can ask guests whether they want to use the refrigerator at check-in. Refrigerator is locked most of the time. Quite inconvenient if guests bought items like need to be kept in the refrigerator and yet need to inform staff to get keys to unlock the refrigerator. Better still, just left it open and let guests use.
