Very Impressive Lobby and definately felt the ambience upon reaching. Felt very welcomed too. Room was excellent, clean and all necessary ammenities provided.

I booked online but then when I arrived I was given a different room from what I booked, with no explanation. The air con was far too cold and could not be adjusted.

Credit to one of the bellhops who volunteered to replace my keycard for me when it was taken by the chambermaid from the room power slot. He did this when he overheard me telling another chambermaid in passing.

hotel right in middle of shopping area easy access to jb city square large shopping mall we found hotel to be far better than expected. rooms are large and clean , staff friendly and willing to assist.

would like a bigger bed for a deluxe room and better bedsheet

The Reception staff could be more friendlier in their approach. After my many visits, there, they lack warmness. Pillows are not too comfortable

Good location. May help with better foot path to Bus Terminal. This hotel should be the most attractive hotel for transit passenger since Bus fare from Senai to Bus Terminal (City Lounge) is only MR$1.00. Close to shopping centre, food, excellent. 1)Strong damp smell, carpet exposed to moisture

Front desk staff is generally helpfull and friendly. Bedroom slippers and bath towels not provided. Windows are dirty.

The aircon was not working for the two nights we were there.

Quantity of chairs at lobby quite limited. "Kiblat" direction too small and not visible.Moderate muslims friendly.

when i check there wasn't much people but we have to wait quite a while but when we check out you would wait very long hope you can improve on it.. we are looking for a place to relax, i think it not a good choice... there isn't much place for us. may be is a good place for holding a meeting. the room was fine.. but not some of the thing is not working esp. the remote control and also the safe. we can't use them. but what most disappointment is the breakfast.. I pay for the breakfast but the food very really bad.. there wasn't very good food and service.. I think the food at the hawker is better and cheaper.. hope you can improve that.. will you be considering projector for the room.. is the good ideal... I am doing AV company, it might also impress other visitor..

there would be more comfortable if room slippers are provided.

Alot of knocking from upstairs can be heard, right up to 11 p.m.

still one of th good hotel in JB Tidy room, coffee making facility bit dirty, shower not too good, overall is good
