I've always chosen this hotel when I'm staying over at JB. The pillows are rather soft, they can be better improved.

Very near city square, the one stop shopping mall where food, shops, cinema and ktv are available. Walking distance from immgration checkpoint too! Nice facilities....there's even a speaker in the toilet so that u can hear the TV when bathing.

The breakfast buffet seems to offer better selection of foods and beverages from the last time I stayed at the hotel. I was not able to change the temperature of the air-conditioner system to make the room less cold since it was raining outside. I'm wondering whether the hotel has a centralised air-con system and therefore it does not allow the guests to increase the temperature.

Took a few attempts to order room service after midnight. Phone kept ringing but no one picked up. Room had no room service menu!! Room carpet needs cleaning/changing!

Hair Dryer and Card Slot is out of Order when i Check in

When asking for a taxi i was offered twice a limo. i had to work too hard to get my taxi. Bed sheets and blanket were small on bed and came off in the night.

counter staff should let guests know if there's free breakfast upon check in Air-con too cold

Service is very slow. Check in time is at 3pm. Got my 1st room only after 4pm and the other 2 after 5pm. Luckily its a leisure trip, not a business trip. And its pre booking!

I like the sauna, steam bath and of course the jacuzzi! The hotel is also near to city square mall for dining and shopping. The room is basically fine but I'd prefer to have a larger bathroom. :)

room rate per night (not inclusive of bkfast) is more expensive than other hotels. There is no comforter on the bed

At check out they were doing some work with their computers, so manually added up my bill. The next day I received an email saying they had not charged enough, and that they had ALREADY added the extra onto my credit card without my consent. I asked for details, said I was reporting the incident to Visa, and I have not heard anything back from the hotel in over a week.

Would like to see free internet access; more cable channels; complimentary bottled water, breakfast included in room rates.
