Location of hotel was very close to many shopping centre. Very easily reached by bus after crossing border from Singapore.

Amenities in hotel were very good. Drinks in fridge were complimentary which was a nice bonus.

Breakfast was included and adequate for your need.

The bathroom is quite small for a room this size. The toilet water flew non stop, and the floor was always wet after shower.

I thought internet service was complimentary, however, the RM1.00 per minute charged by the hotel was very expensive. When I enquired at the reception counter, the staff didn't even bother to explain that the full days' use was cheaper.

Very comfortable hotel in all respects and as one would expect of a Malaysian hotel, very good value for money. The breakfasts provided in the price (Not expected) were exceptional and rated higher than all hotels we visited throughout Europe and the UK over the past two and a half months.

While I have only praise for the hotel I have to say that Johor Bahru is not a tourist destination in that there is nothing we could find for tourists to do in the local area apart from shopping. Not an easy place to get around in that the footpaths have been in reconstruction it appears for some considerable time but nothing actually completed. Why go there? That was something I wanted to know after being a regular in Singapore for many years and wondered what was over the causeway.

The hotel staff were certainly courteous and were keen to make your stay as pleasant as possible. I would certainly recommend the hotel but perhaps not the location and suggest perhaps KL or Melacca might be better as tourist destinations in Malaysia. I am sure there are others but these are places we have visited in the past.

Basically it was a pleasant stay. The staff was friendly and accomodating. The location was good only a stone throw away from Singapore. However, the price of the room was quite high. The toilet was leaking. Food was ok but we would like to see more variety for the rpice we paid.

THE BREAKFASTBUFFET WAS EXELENT, HOWEVER IF THE HOTEL IS FULLY BOOKED THERE ARE NOT ENOUGH SEATS AVAILIBLE.
THE RESTAURANT IN THE MAIN LOBBY HAS A POOR MENU AND GIVES NO VALUE FOR MONEY.
THE ROOMS ARE STILL GOOD, BUT IT IS TIME TO START RENOVATIONS.
END-CONCLUSION: FOR A REASONABLE PRICE A GOOD HOTEL IN THE CENTER OF JOHOR BAHRU

We like the location of the hotel. We have been going back to the hotel many times over the past few years after our first visit. A Welcome Fruit Basket would be impressive. We enjoyed the room.

Staff were outstanding. Attentive without being intrusive. It was quiet and all facilities were in good order.

Good decoration and cleaniness of the room.

One draw back: the AC in the room is too strong and impossible to get lower

I hv send a email to hotel that there was a leak in the toilet.

Less satisfactory experiences: Newspaper not delivered on 2nd day, only given upon request.

Extreamly friendly and reliable staff - courteous and humble - could not do enough for us - wold however like to see a taxi service offered by hotel instead of rougue local taxis beign used - we were cheated by local taxi ob departure charged us 10 doallrs for a 3 min ride Well kept and serviced daily

breakfast buffet was a disappointment. service wasn't that great. location was great as it was relatively near malls but the area itself was dangerous.

Your bell boys and concierge are very friendly and helpful. The french restaurant staff are also very warm & friendly.

Except for the counter service, it wasnt good. Showing of unhappy faces was quite obvious
