We stayed in town to go to a show and Punt Hill was excellently placed to allow access to not only the theatre (the Maj) but also a number of excellent restaurants and bars. Punt Hill was r4ecommended to me and I would also recommend it to others.

Super friendly and helpful staff. Always spotless. Great location- walking distance to lots of sights. Highly recommend.

This hotel is well located for shopping and handy to trains and trams. It is 15 minutes walk to Flinders Street Station, but you can also catch a train at Parliament station which is 5 minutes walk. I appreciated being able to heat up meals using the gas bench top burners and the convection/microwave oven. Staff at reception were very helpful when I needed assistance with tram routes, etc.

this place had a great ambience, the staff where really friendly. staying in the city can be noisy, but this hotel was on the quiet side. to top it off it is in a great location you can't beat chinatown for great resturants. my only problem was that room wasn,t cleaned over my 2 night stay and we ran out of tea bags. no big deal though. The price was on the expensive side for me, but i had a comfortable stay so would consider staying again.

Upon arrival, the light bulbs needed replacing int the lamps. The lamps were also in bad condition.

Breakfast area was basic and pool not availbale for part of the stay. We had several visits to the hotel and different rooms each time, this represents an average of the experience
