Staff of excellent politeness and place is huge and clean but room is small as well as the pool. The all day dining cafe captain Mr Adam is of great help cause we requested special vegetarian meal and meal was presented as per requested. Thank you Mr Adam. Overall for the price I pay is worth it.

I cannot praise this hotel and it's staff enough. I have stayed in many places all round the world but this has to be the standout best. I have been in the hotel for over 2 weeks now and the care and attention of the staff from the men in the car park to the hotel manager and his reception staff has been nothing short of remarkable. I have been staying alone and quite unwell and the lengths that this hotel has gone to to ensure my happiness and wellbeing is beyond compare. BRAVO to them all i will forever carry fond memories of the Pullman Putrajaya Lakeside Hotel and the special people there.

Check in time was 2.00 p.m but we only got our rooms at 3.00 p.m. Once we were given the keys at 3.00 p.m we proceeded to our rooms only to be greeted by the staff who were still cleaning the rooms. We were told to wait for another 10 minutes because they need to vacume the carperts. Was very dissapointed with the cleanliness of the room. Drawers had rubbish in it. Generally, it was quite dusty.The floor was not carpeted. Therefore, you could see shoe prints all over. It was disgusting. Furthermore, basic room amenities such as face towel and electric kettle was missing. We booked a room with a balcony thinking the view will be nice. Further dissapointment arose when the only view that we had was the rooftop of another building. No chairs to sit at the balcony also. The pool size is also pathetic for a hotel that caters for so many rooms.
