I only have one "negative" feedback. That is the housekeeping team should replenish the toiletry supplies such as shower gel more generously. Other than that, we had a very pleasant stay at Pullman Kuching! Thanks so much!

we were v pleased overall. the location of the hotel was convenient and found the rooms to be clean and the staff v courteous. will definitely stay here again during our next visit to Kuching.

All in all the hotel was excellent with a very refreshing atmosphere. I particularly enjoyed the open and fresh atmosphere of the lobby area. The shopping centre accessible from the hotel is still new with modern day cafes and restaurants and other stores. However the stores are only partially occupied at this time. It will be an extremely convenient location after the remainder are occupied.

The hotel'strategic location is an advantage plus the fact that there is a number of excellent shopping malls within the vicinity. The staff are courteous and very helpful. The food are excellent. My family and I enjoyed our stay at the hotel and intend to come back again in the near future.

The staff were courteous and helpful at all times and met all our requests without hesitation. The location was great, near the river and a five minute walk to the centre of town but without the hustle and bustle surrounding the other major hotels in the area. The view from our room on the 13th floor was magnificent. The attached shopping centre was a bonus, eventhough it was not completely occupied at the time of our visit. I would stay here again and recommend others to do the same.

Value for money for everything with the exception of the most important feature of a comforatble room - mattress!!! Please furnish your room with comfortable mattress instead of those "hard as rock" mattress that common found in hotel when you travel to China.
