we stayed overnite befoere catching flight to another city the next day. top service from all the staff right from checkin to checkout time. hotel is a few hundred metres away from departure hall for domestic flights but they provide a trolley car service to transport guests and luggage to entrance of airport. concierge was extremely helpful.in a sentence this hotel is impeccable!

The location of this hotel is excellent, it is practically connected to the airport. We arrived with a delay of 1,5 hrs at 1.30 AM in the morning and had to reconnect a few hours later. The location of the hotel made it possible to get a bit of sleep before continuing my trip. The only point of improvement I have is that you can only choose the breakfast buffet, it would have been ideal if there would have been a bar or location close to the reception where I could have ordered a coffee before checking out. Otherwise I enjoyed my stay and wished it would have been a bit longer.

The hotel is right at the airport. The staff are fantastic and very helpful. The children loved the facilities and were welcomed into the executive lounge. The food is superb and loved the happy hour in the executive lounge. My wife and I both enjoyed a massage in the very modern and private rooms at the spa. The masseuse was fantastic and spoke great english. Will go back any time.

It was nice to stay with Novotel Hotel. The location is very near to the Airport and very convinence to go around the city. Rooms are very comortable and large.

The facilities in Hotel were also very nice .

I will really recommend this hotel to stary with family and friends.

everything is fine,except I was looking for cantonese food and I could not find much,but the food in the restaurant is good and exelent service,we are satisfied.

This is the second time we had stayed in your hotel.

The location is good,right next to the airport,we had to catch the plane next morning,so it really worked out for us.

The staff are very good,polite and helpful.

I would recomend this hotel to any one coming to the Guangzhou area. Its location to the airport is excellent. The staff is very helpful in answering questions and helping make your stay very enjoyable. The Hotel should be very proud of their staff. They do an excellent job.

We enjoyed our stay at the Novotel Baiyun airport. I was traveling alone with two small children and the staff were friendly and helpful and had proficient English. I appreciated the van service to and from the airport and the staff went out of their way to help me find the McDonalds in the airport. I liked the glass wall between the bathroom and living area as i could keep an eye on the kids in the tub without being right in the bathroom. Last year we used the pool and it was great but no kiddie area...and too deep for me to take both small children by myself.
