For what you pay and the quality of the room, you would be hard to please if you weren't satisfied with this hotel. Rooms are nice size (though not huge). Beds were comfortable with fresh linen, decor nice. Buffet breakfast is of an excellent standard. The gym was good though could have had a few extra machines and there was no sauna which was a bit of a shame. Pool was also a bit dissapointing due to a lack of deckchairs which meant having to go back to your room and waiting for the pool staff to contact you when a deckchair(s) became free. Overall, would recommend this hotel. Would give it 4&1/2 stars.

The staff at this hotel were fantastic nothing was too much trouble, a very well run hotel for such a new hotel.
Would certainly stay here again and would definitely recommend.

The hotel is very nice and highly recommended. Staff ae friendly and helpful.

The direction to hotel was not clear and we did get off in a farther BTS station. Make sure you get off from Vicotrial Monument Station. You can also take their tu-tu (mini-motor tricycle) from BTS station, even though it is walking distance (about 5 minutes walk).

Also, we took their lunch buffer which is delicous and inexpensive. Only to comment that they don't offer any drink and we need to pay even for water.
