the staff at princess park motor inn were very helpful with all my needs, and questions that i asked were answered with helpfulness and great ideas for getting to venues and travelling around melbourne. the hotel is in a great location to all sites and the trams just around the corner from the hotel. the breakfast was very good and on time evrry morning, and the staff very curtious and pollite all the time. it would of been a lot better if the hotel had a restaurant that we could of had dinner at instead of having dinner at a crowded bar across the road. but the hotel was a great place to stay .

The hotel is in a good location for access to the city centre.
The greeting/checkin was basic and completed without enthusiasm or cheer.
The room was accessed through outside stairs only, making it unpleasant in the cold, rainy day.
The room itself was clean and neat, although lacking in the things you become accustomed to in regular travel, such as complimentary biscuits or cookies.
The room allowed a great deal of outside noise in, particularly early in the morning, given it was near a busy corner, with a great deal of traffic.
The hotel is good for short stay or business in Melbourne.

The hotel manager, who we had the most contact with, was most helpful and pleasant, don't know his name. the room was clean and it was easy for us to get from the exhibition at the Showgrounds.

We chose this hotel because of its location to the city, it was also recommened by friends,as we come from the country we found the location to public transport fantastic. The room itself was very clean and tidy and we found the kitchen and cooking facilities excellent,all in all we had a very pleasant stay and the staff were very courtious and helpfull, we will definately stay here again and have no hesitation recommending this hotel to other guests.

i am satisfy with my stay in this hotel. the location are great far from busy traffic of melbourne. near by city tram which ease me to travel to town.

While the motel is obviously older it was comfortable and close to everything we required. Some of the other guests were pretty noisy on the Friday or Sat night which was annoying

The hotel staff offered great friendly service. They were helpful in any requests. The hotel was well situated to many amenities. The room was a comfortable size with fully equipped kitchen. It was cleaned each day to a great standard. Central to the city within easy transport facilities.

The front of house staff were extremely helpful and friendly. Air conditioning was fantastic. The bathroom and kitchen floors weren't very clean, but the bed was clean and very comfortable.
