Value for money. Strategic location. Only issue is on parking space & no breakfast buffet. Overall, really enjoy my stay. Keep it up.

Pada saya memamg sudah biasa tinggal kat sini..tapi untuk famili i ini kali pertama. So mereka sangat happy berada di Hotel ini kerana amat mudah untuk mereka bergerak sendirian tanpa pengawasan dari saya..Staff very helpful..tahniah for your staff

The hotel is totally perfect. The only bad thing is the location of Hotel. If you want to stay late out and experience the KL's nighlife, you will have difficulty getting back the hotel by public transportation.

We are happy to stay this hotel because of its convenient traffic. It is not far from monorail, and it is very important for people first come to KL. And the bed is comfortable and soft. We love it so much.

The hotel is generally great and Value for Money. Location - great location, easy access to transportation, banks, malls, especially food.

Good Points:

Excellent location, great service with friendly staff and flexible policies within reason.

set back - internet only at lobby. would not mind paying more for in room service.
otherwise, it is a great place and value for moner, for family, leisure and even business stay

The service provided by Vincent, Manager of the restuarant, is excellent. I would stay in this hotel, which I rate as average, just to enjoy his company.

My stay in this hotel met my expections. The family rooms are comfortable and of an average size. The breakfast was excellent value for money.

The hotel facilities are excellent, with two restaurants and an excellent spa.

The hotel location was however the main attraction of this hotel, as it was in the heart of the city.

Overall , i would recommend staying at this for a few nights if you are willing to spend a few extra dollars for the convenient location.
