I am always impressed by the fact that all bed linen and towels always appear to be crisp and clean and do not appear as though they have had endless use. The room also never smells of stale cigarette smoke.

Although the hotel was convenient the noise from the building opposite our window was annoying. it would be a good idea for new people using your hotels to be told how to use the card for entry/to connect the electricity to the room.
