This was our first time in the area and we were pleased with it's location and within easy access to the public transport services. On arrival the staff were friendly and helpful.The premises and room were very clean and tidy. We all enjoyed the great breakfast . We will be making reqular trips to Loughton to visit our beautiful new grandson and look forward to enjoying the warm welcome and super breakfast at the Premier Inn/ Buckhurst hill. The staff in Premier Inn were helpful, smiling and a pleasure to deal with. The hotel is conveniently located, just ten minutes walk from the tube station (though beware of the steep hill on the journey back!). The breakfast was excellent, the room beautifully maintained and the hotel really well kept. My only quibble is that there was not free wi-fi. Would certainly visit again.

I am always impressed by the fact that all bed linen and towels always appear to be crisp and clean and do not appear as though they have had endless use. The room also never smells of stale cigarette smoke.

Although the hotel was convenient the noise from the building opposite our window was annoying. It would be a good idea for new people using your hotels to be told how to use the card for entry/to connect the electricity to the room.
