Just had a very pleasant stay in your hotel and found the staff very courteous and helpful. The bedroom was spacious and had the most wonderful pillows.

Only downside was we arrived at 9am after a flight from Singapore and couldn't get in our rooms until 2pm and we were too tired to wander around.

Staff were excellent, the guy that took our bags up when we got there went out of his way to help us and got us tickets for the cricket on boxing day, beyond the call of duty, much appreciated but didnt see him again before we went so didnt get to say thanks. Great view, more than happy! Would have liked hot chocolate as well as tea bags and coffee but thats just me!

Being on St Kilda Road very important Room met all expectations. It would be a good place to work if we would have been in Melbourne longer. If we come back to Melbourne we will come back to Parkview
