Didn't like twin beds pushed together to form a king. It was not as comfortable as a regular king bed.

A Double bed rather than two singles pushed together would have been more comfortable.

Very good value for money and great views

spa did not work too well. I stayed both before and after walking a track. I accidentally left a jumper in the first room and it was not returned on my second visit. king size bed was actually 2 single beds joined together

Excellent Location

Wonderful location right by the lake, and great when you don't have a car, as the shops and restaurants are just right there in the next street! The Garden Room we had was wonderful and sunny and very clean. The shower was not all that great though - if you put your hand up to the shower, it wouldn't get any water on it!(only on certain parts of the shower.) Not much good for washing your hair! That was the only fault we could find with the room.The showers in the Lakefront rooms are of much better quality.

I am having my daughters wedding in Queenstwon next September and was going to have my guests stay there during the wedding, but now I will not be recommending your hotel Not sound proof. Was woken up all night by people in the above room. Complained both nights and nothing was done, so had terrible sleeps both nights.

There was more care for skiing guests in our 5 previous stays. There was a coffee plunger in these rooms during our 5 previous stays

The spa was 'out of order' and there was no gym. The internet was easy to access but there is no printer attached so we got stuck trying to print off a forward booking for a room. The view was lovely, had all we needed.

The front desk staff right down to the valet parking personnel were some of the most pleasant and extremely helpful and iformative thay we have come across in all our travels in Asia, Australia and the Pacific.. EXCELLENT SERVICE Hig Speed Data ports should be installed for laptop access to the internet

Exceptionally well located and within minutes of all features and attractions in Queenstown Wonderful view of the lake fro the balcony.

The staff at this hotel was very helpful especially the activities desk who assisted us in finding fun day trips. Room was nice sized, and had nice balcony which overlooked a stream.

We had requested rooms not on the ground floor however, they were quite comfortable

All the staff we dealt with were outstanding; friendly, helpful, obliging and efficient. Thank you for the bottle of champagne on our arrival to our room, it was wonderful!

The warm machine is not really efficient but is really noisy!!!
