The bed mattress is too hard, not comfortable to sleep. Very convenient location to Macau border.

There was warmth welcome from the staff of the hotel; they helped each other to understand our inquiries for the staff had difficulty in communicating in English. They were courteous and if they understand you through sign language, they will immediately attend to your request.

Popoko is strategically located; as indicated in the brochure, it is just 5 to 10 minutes walk from busines centers, bus terminals and the border to Macau. It is not too far from the bay should you prefer to do bay walks in the morning.

The hot and cold drinking water dispenser is a good amenity for visitors; you will always request for drinking and hot water if you donot have water dispenser.

The staff did not know what free braodband is; that we were not able to avail.

The view from the room we stayed is very much appreciated, you can see the tower and Macau side.

Recommendations:

Since, there are many tourists coming to Zhuhai (being very near Macau which is getting crowded), I suggest that the hotel employ English speaking staff to be in the information. the staff need not know Chinese language but should be able to deal with visitors who knows English only.
