The floor was extremely dirty. We have a baby crawling around floor and there were toe nails over the floor. We had to get someone to come back and vaccum. Also when I went to use some of crockery it was dusty, as it is not stored behind doors.

Hotel promised a view of Story Bridge for every room but room provided did not have much of a view of town, river or bridge A dressing table in master bedroom would be an advantage. Found the mattress too soft and doesn't provide much support for back.

shower in bath water spilt all over also laundry in same room so bit cramped bigger room probably better bath tiles needed cleaning

disappointed that there was no toaster in appartment. however everything else was great,service included.

For a hotel that is only 3 years old, the decor was extremely dated, and the carpets were dirty, plus the cleanliness was very poor, we would not stay there again

a few more items int the gym (e.g. free weights) would be great. Room service was excellent.
