An unforgettable experience

The hotel staff is excellent. From the door man, front desk, coffee house and transport service counter - all provided excellent service. We were impressed by their exceptional service with a friendly smile. Twice my family members were upgraded to the 39th floor to have breakfast and were warmly welcomed and served with a heart.

The location of the hotel is close to the SMART Tunnel and to the city which is convenient. The two bedrooms deluxe are comfortable and are well maintained by housekeeper and suitable for family. The only setback is the hotel restaurant for breakfast is too small and resulted in long queue and waiting time for a meal. I also would like to recommend for the hotel to have a big lobby for guest to socialize or relax. Overall, I enjoy and have a pleasant stay in this hotel.

The rooms were fantastic.The view from the rooms were majestic.Even breakfast was great. My relatives from Canada were very impressed with the hotel as well.Overall it was a great stay ! Have no regrets booking PNB Darby. Looking forward to the next stay .

All the facilities are good except the room size is small to medium size.Bed size can be improved to king size.

Is it a must to wear long pants for breakfast at level 39? what is more important is for guest to be properly attired. I can't imagine that I have to wear smart casual for breakfast. The heating coil of the kettle is a bit rusty/dirty
