WE WERE VERY IMPRESSED WITH THE APARTMENT. IT WAS EXCELLENT VALUE FOR MONEY, VERY CLEAN & ALL BED LINEN WAS BRAND NEW & VERY STYLISH!

THE LOCATION WAS GREAT, WALKING DISTANCE TO KINGSTON RESTAURANTS & SHOPS.

WE WOULD DEFINITELY STAY AGAIN.

The apartment was very comfortable and well serviced. The kitchen was well fitted out with microwave, oven dishwasher, fridge, but a bit lacking in cooking equipment - bowls, cooking knives, etc., although we should have contacted reception about this. Overall very favourable impression, and nicely located near shopping centres and parks.

Cobwebs in master bedroom.

The receptionist during the Check-in was not sympathetic and helpful at all when I asked for a better room. An odd and dark apartment located on the corner of a basement facing a covered car park. NO windows on the main room; one window overlooking the car park on the second bedroom. Although walls were freshly painted no paintings or pictures watsoever were hanging on the walls. The television had a very poor reception and colours. The only telephone equipment was located on the kitchen. I strongly believe it is a mislead information on the description of the room type (Deluxe? NO WAY)

Only disappointing factor was that we were left with NO towels after the room was serviced and the receptionist had difficutly finding some for us.
