3rd time returning to this hotel. Very nice boutique hotel, bed superb, like the concept of separating the toilet and shower as I think no one liek to step into a wet toilet. Very good location. There are 6 malls within walking distance and for shopping alone, it can occupy a good 3 whole days. 6 shopping malls within walking distance, BB plaza, Sungei Wang, Lot 10(just beside the hotel on the left), Bejaya Times square, Pavilion(5 mins walk on the right of the hotel), Farenheit(just beside the hotel on the right). Staff: Nvr in contact with the staffs, but i request to use their computer to chk emails at the concierge and they willingly let me use their PC. Food : Nvr tried their food or breakfast. The new big food centre is just beside the hotel.

Hotel location is great, just across Pavilion Mall in the golden triangle. Staff is courteous and friendly, but do not expect too much more as both restaurants are manage by third parties.

great stay but would have expected breakfast to be included for the price we paid.surprised a top hotel had its restaurants and cafes closed.

Bathroom need to be link with toilet Room space is too small Concept of basin is new but not realistic TV shld be place in front of the bed not too 'side' way.

hotel was comfortable and in excellent location. Will certainly stay again and have recommended to friends.
