No, it's not a cozy romantic getaway, but it's great value for the money in a very convenient location. I wouldn't hesitate to stay there again.

The staff I cannot fault, the are well mannered, curteous and very helpful.

Having been already many times in London, the experience we had with hotels in London of similar category kept our expectations on low level. However Piccolino Hotel resulted to be quite a discovery to us. At arrival we found a friendly and helpful reception. The room, a double room, clean and comfortable with enough space, and excellent amenities, an ample continental breakfast to start the day with optimism, inspite of the weather, have made our stay a very pleasant one. We want to mention especially the staff for their assistance with the preparation of our return flight. We certainly will recommend Piccolino Hotel to our friends and children, and stay again in our next trip. Jean Andries Schell de Nijs Barcelona (Spain)
