This was our 3rd stay at Peppers Pier Resort.This visit we were lucky enough to be upgraded to a 2 bedroom apartment on the 4th floor with views across to Fraser Island.
The appliances and furniture were very high quality and the rooms were in immaculate condition.
The staff are always helpful and friendly.
We had breakfast at Salt and dinner at Bayswater and the meals were generous, delicious and even presentation could not be faulted.
We have no hesitation in recommending Peppers to anyone. We will always return to Peppers as our 1st choice whenever we visit Hervey Bay which is a regular occurrance.

Once again, we thoroughly enjoyed our time at Peppers.
The staff were very friendly and willing to help out in any way they could.
On the second night we were there we had a problem with ants coming across the corridor and under the door into our room. We reported this to housekeeping. The next night they were back so we again reported it to housekeeping and also reception.
This was the only problem we have had with the resort and we certainly won't let it stop us from returning in the near future.
The location is excellent and the food at the nearby restaurants and cafes are all of a very high standard.
It is a pleasure to stay at Peppers Hervey Bay.

We were very happy with the hotel, only few little thing what can be inprove:
The bed was comfortable, but the pillows were so thick we couldn't sleep on them. The bathroom is nice but we didn't like the big see through window on it. We prefer a bit of privacy there and would be good at list a blinder on it.
The service was excellent. Only thing that the taxi were always late.
