Easy to find. Walking distance to everything CBD. Welcoming. Instead of getting 2 double beds we only got one. the hair-drier was good, but the kettle looked unhygenic.

As a woman on her own with a noticable diability I did not feel safe walking around in the evening but the site was fine during the day Small but clean and functional

Room was great - interesting view of the wall opposite out of the window (but we didn't book it for the view so no problems!) Room size, comfort and facilities (great to have a proper fridge!) were superb

The restaurant attached to the hotel could be improved, would increase the appeal of the hotel. one day my room did not get cleaned - i was out all morning i.e. from 9 am & returning at 3 pm. The offer was made to clean it then but I declined.
