The staff were helpful and were able to attend to my requests and when ever I had a question they were able to assist me.

I like the location as I was able to access the shops easily and at anytime and was able to locate the different transport systems within that perimeter.

I was shocked at the size of the room - it was very small. Also, the TV was in an inconvenient location i.e. right above one of the beds.

very basic but clean and servicable.. a great bathroom could do with some hooks and more towel rails

Initial impression was 'a bit rundown' however in terms of value for money it was great. The lady on reception was fantastic - incredibly helpful. Room and ensuite were more than adequate for our stay. Room equiped for 4 people(we were 2 and found it small - would not like to be in there with 4 people.

The reception staff was very helpful, though inexperienced. She gave an excellent recommendation for meals and coordinated our trip back to the airport. The room was attractive and comfortable, though a bit dark. We were quite happy with the quality.

About 2km from Circular Keys (For ferrys) but very close to Darling Harbour and Paddy's Markets. The main lighting in the room quite harsh. Additional bedside lights would soften and make the room appear more comfortable.

The room was never vacuum clean throughout our stay. The rubbish in the toilet was emptied everday but the floor was never mopped or at least swept. Soap was never replanish so as coffee and tea, etc.

The modern well equipped kitchen facility may need to be given greater advertising so that visitors are aware of its existence - I must have missed it when reading about you. I was quite surprised at how quiet the room was, given that it faced George Street - no disturbance from either the street or from within the hotel

though the room was comfortable it was very strange because there was no real window. a reading lamp would also have been useful

An extra blanket in the room would have been nice and it lacked a shelf in the bathroom for your toiletries.

If you arrive early morning or leave late afternoon in Sydney Pensione Hotel do not offer free storage of your luggage. But there are expensive lockers available - expect to spend an additional 10 dollars for it per day! The room is quite nice and good value for money. BUT: Make sure not to get a room to George street, it's VERY noisy even at night!

The staff who cleaned the rooms continually banged doors behind them which was very annoying. I know the door closers operate, but it was possible to hold the door while it was closing and stop the continual banging. It would have been beneficial to have had more coat hangers and drawer space as we felt we were in and out of our suitcases a lot due to lack of storage space

Pensione Hotel is easily accessible to central station and chinatown. Upon check in, the room allocated to us was facing the main road and rather noisy. The shower room door is so narrow that we could rather get in. We requested for room change and was given a room facing sussex Street on second nite stay onwards and it was so much better. I love the lounge/ Laundry area as it gave a homely feel.

no complaints whatsoever- i can only give positive feedback- the service was excellent as was the perfect location- i would recommend this hotel without hesitation the room was excellent however, a bath mat would have been useful as the bathroom floor became extremely slippy when wet. other than that minor detail i was very impressed.

A nice place to stay and in a good location with very helpful staff. Bathroom a bit small - everything fitted into a small space but apart from that very good facilities.
