overall is good no toothbrush & toothpaste provided in the room, no mineral water, no menu for ordering food to room

Once again I asked for a double bed and they tryed to put me in a room with two single beds. I will not stay here again. This is the 4th time this has happened.

We were very pleased with the splendid service from all staff who were eager to be of assistance. The toilet did not flush on our first night, but was very promptly attended to after notification.

No room service for F&B

Had stayed twice before, like convenient postion. Harbour view that we had requested, very comfortable

The staff were pleasant and helpful: we were able to leave luggage all day after we had checked out to collect later. the breakfast facility was good with a range of options at varying prices. The room was adequate in size and all of its amenities, eg TV, A/C worked well. The bathroom was a little small and the quality of the towels was inferior to other aspects of the room.

Room is comfortable and affordable.

Needs renovation

100% completely disorganized breakfast buffet. We stayed 3 days. Each day we had to remind room service several and I mean several times to make up the beds and clean the rooms.

Tasteless coffee at cafeteria in breakfast. poor condition of toilet flush and drain of basin.
