The room was adequate but very noisy as the hotel was on busy road. The air conditioning was very noisy so windows had to be left open.

People were friendly and nice. Close to the line 1 subway station and very convenient. If not super luxury, i do prefer this intimate scale to large hotel lucking sensitivity. . The room was not so big but conformable with high sense interiors.

The room was supposed to be a twin room, which was two single beds pushed together to save on space, there was only one top quilt giving the appearance of a double bed, which was not what was booked.

Overall hotel is shabby and needs renovation. Staff very friendly but charging too much. saw two guests leaving due to the filthy rooms and hotel was trying to charge them a cancellation fee!. Tv not working, some lights not working, carpet and curtains ...
