Starting from its location, being connected to the massive shopping complex MBK, the wonderful facilities; ie, numerous restaurants etc, supurb swimming pool , gym . The beautifully appointed rooms and last but not least the very friendly staff would could not do enough for you. I recommend is hotel without any hestitation. Melbourne Australia

Should have more of such promotions. Would definitely recommend my friends if promotions are on Shower area is too small. A place to comfortably have a nice soak after a day's work is very important

It made the experience most uncomfortable as a guest as there was no demarcation on the food. The waitress continually stopped our family from eating. Additionally the hotel was not aware of the 10% discount on the food bills which was valid on our voucher. It was not until our return to Australia that we realised they had over charged us.
