We were not given a smoke free room nor a quiet room depsite requesting this and were moved twice. There was non information provided about local restaurants or shopping centre. The receptionist was pleasant.

For a studio apartment with kitchen facilities it lacked in kitchen utensils etc and a fridge too small to keep basic requirements..
