The hotel location is excellent ie. on the park, the only problem when statying in a room at the front of the hotel is the constant run of youngsters going up and down the road in their customised cars with noisy exhausts, this went on until aprox 1am

Staff very helpful and courteous.
24-hr supermarket next door where you can get all your needs for this self catering room.
Just a bit short on clothes storage for a couple staying more than one night but otherise excellent and will definitely stay there again.
