The breakfast service was great, the food was most enjoyable and the wait staff courteous, efficient and friendly(hang on to them, good staff are very difficult to find in Perth) I thought the room was a little cramped and the bathroom needs to be updated and could use either a regrouting or more thorough cleaning of the tiles as there did seem to be some black buildup. The hotel is obviously an older building and I therefore felt it was a little overpriced but the friendly efficient and helpful staff made it worthwhile as we were only there for I night. I have already recommended your hotel to my friends and will definatly stay there again myself in the future.

The carpet was grubby.

Linen had a cigarette burn and was left on bed for 3 days until a complaint was made.
